Initial client meetings
The extensive due diligence process performed as a matter of law for any new assignment
Drafting the trust deed and underlying documents and agreements (such as a letter of wishes, etc.)
Accepting the initial trust assets
Organising the registration of the trust deed (depending on the jurisdiction)
Handling incidental expenses including fees for local agents
Setting up local bank accounts if required, including due diligence paperwork

Accepting instructions and requests
Provision of trusteeship
Maintaining the trust records and accounts
Accepting and distributing assets
Conducting and recording trustee meetings
Checking and filing of bank correspondence, statements and related documents and, if required, forwarding copies thereof
Checking and filing of other correspondence and, if required, forwarding copies thereof
Ongoing due diligence

In case of a dissolution, winding up the trust
In case of termination of our assignment where the trust continues, doing everything necessary to ensure a seamless handover to the successor trustees
