A word about costs

We have set fees for establishing and running companies and trusts. These fees include our initial compliance work. If we set up more than one entity simultaneously, we will offer a lower combination rate.

We can also provide a domicile/registered office and officers for a company, and trustees or protectors for trusts. Other services, from administration to bookkeeping, as well as ongoing compliance, will be provided as needed and charged at an hourly rate.

There may also be stamp duty and other external costs and expenses, such as tax or legal advice. So the actual costs of setting up and running a trust or company will depend on exactly what you require us to do.
