Dr iur Thomas Rihm

Dr Thomas Rihm is Managing Partner of Rihm Attorneys at Law in Zurich. He holds a doctorate in law from the University of Basel, and was admitted to the Swiss bar in 1988. He is also a CPA, State of New York, USA. Having worked in the legal departments of Roche in Basel, and KPMG in New York, he pursued his career with well-known business and international law firms in Zurich and Basel.

Thomas is a member of the Swiss Bar Association, the Zurich Bar Association, and XBHR – the Global Forum for Cross-Border Human Resource Experts, London. He holds several board memberships and regularly publishes and speaks at events in Switzerland and abroad.

As a seasoned commercial lawyer advising foreign corporations and individuals in their business investments into Switzerland, his practice areas include: general business and commercial law, general counsel activities to SMEs in Switzerland, M&As, national and international employment law, and financial market law.Galileo Guidon
