Acceptance

  • Initial client meetings
  • Name search
  • The extensive due diligence process performed as a matter of law for any new assignment
  • Preparing statutes and other official documentation in coordination with a local notary
  • Organising a declaration of acceptance from the auditors
  • Organising declarations of acceptance from directors/officers
  • Arranging a notary
  • Providing founding shareholders and attending the incorporation meeting
  • Handling the registration of the company at the Trade Registry
  • Dealing with incidental expenses including fees for local agents
  • Setting up local bank accounts – including due diligence paperwork
