Aviation & Transport Services GmbH has been providing high level consultancy services in the aviation sector for many years. It has now extended its activities into the rail sector. Its CEO, Howard Rosen, has decades’ experience in both sectors, with a particular emphasis on leasing and other forms of finance. We can look for funders for clients, advise on funding structures, and, working with our associate, Rosetrust AG, assist with the setting up and operation of onshore and offshore transaction vehicles. In certain cases, it may even be able to participate in transactions.

Collaborating with its sister law firm, Howard Rosen Solicitors, the company can guide financiers, lessors and operators through the legal options, in particular, taking into account our CEO’s long-standing expertise in matters relating to the Cape Town Convention where he participated in both the original diplomatic conference in 2001 in Cape Town and the subsequent diplomatic conference in Luxembourg in 2007 when the Luxembourg Rail Protocol was adopted.
